  1. Your book sounds very interesting and intriquing. Is Parr's first name spelt without an "h"?

  3. Hi Donna,

Spelling wasn't regularized in those days, so I chose to spell it Kateryn because that's how she signed her own letters. Good question!

  6. Interesting! Thomas Seymour is one of those men in history who (as said about another) 'mad, bad and dangerous to know', and don't we all love them! But his molesting Elizabeth was disturbing. Was she a woman or a girl at that time? I like the way the story is told from the outside looking in--and by a woman with "The Gift". too. I would love to own this book. Please enter me. Thank you,

  7. The situation with Elizabeth was disturbing, Soft Fuzzy, I agree. And I think she was a girl - not a woman - and even if she had been a woman, still not okay. But it was complicated, and hopefully you'll like how I've handled it in the book (and Author's Note!).

  8. Since I was a teenager (and I am in my 8th decade now) I have been intrigued by the Elizabeth-Seymour encounters. I am interested in how you handled it, Sandra, and I would love to win the book.
