Lucinda, this fabulous story would, most certainly, be a great tv drama-series (much like DA !!) It certainly has all the potential. Great story and would love to read it! Thanks for the give-away opportunity too :)
Ever since reading Bosse's "The Vast Memory of Love" I have loved novels of the 17th century. That century was such a turning point in the history of western civilization. I think "The Salt Bride" would be fascinating.
Yeah, I'm interested in Georgian England as well, and the premise sounds credible, but to be honest, I found the title intriguing. Congrats on making the Aussie Reader's Choice lists--you're in very august company!
Between the description, the award nomination, and Emery Lee rating it 5 stars this just topped my must-read list. Thank you for hosting a give-away. Now to hedge my bets and see if my local library has a copy. Or perhaps your entire back list.
Please toss my name into the hat as well for this one! I would love to win! Kimberly midnight_reading@yahoo.com http://reading-after-midnight.blogspot.com/
Sounds good! I'd love to be in the draw!
