Thomas had really bad Rhumatism and was invalided out of the army because of that and the 11 wounds he picked up at Waterloo. He died <br />Jan 1875 at Nottingham. Amazingly Thomas was left for dead on the battlefield, a frenchmam came to rob him, and a tussle ensued, the frenchman put his bayonet through Thomas and then left him for dead. But he was not done! He survived. I have various bits and bobs of paperwork if anyone is interested.<br />Derek.
